your asset. Applications, where the paint finish is naturally washed by rainwater, do not usually require this maintenance, e.g. roofing. It is also important to ensure that there is no build-up of debris, such as soil and mulch against COLORBOND® steel products.

How does it work?
Because COLORBOND™ steel resists dirt bonding on the surface, any dirt particles residing on the surface remain “loose” and can be easily washed away during rainfall.
It therefore resists dirt staining and maintains a cleaner look over time. The anti fungal properties incorporated performs against tropical staining and fungus attack.
