Terms

 

  • Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days.
  • No guarantee will be given on rust, dampness or cracks.

  • The client will be required to pay a sufficient deposit to cover materials on acceptance of the quote and the balance on completion. Unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Should the waterproofing be tampered with by any third party the guarantee will be rendered null and void.

  • The client undertakes to settle the account in full on presentation of the final invoice by H20 Roofing & Waterproofing. Interest will be charged at prime plus 2% on all overdue accounts.

  • The certified guarantee on workmanship for roof replacements will be in effect for five (5) years upon full payment of the invoice.

  • Roof repairs and maintenance will be covered by a separate certified guarantee on workmanship, valid for two (2) years, following full settlement of the invoice.
  • Timeous access to the site is to be made available by the Client at all times for the completion of the contract.

  • The client takes full responsibility for removing all items of furniture/fittings/fixtures/vehicles etc, to alleviate any damage that could occur during the course of the contract.

  • Quotations submitted to prospective clients exclude unseen or hidden problems that may affect the quoted work undertaken. Should any additional remedial repairs need to be undertaken that could not be seen before the work commences,  an additional quotation will be submitted.

  • If the Client requires any additional work or alterations other than as specified in the quote, he/she shall advise H20 Roofing and H20 Roofing shall provide the client with a new quote.

  • Should the quotation submitted not be accepted in its entirety, H20 Roofing & Waterproofing retains the right to amend the guarantee before the commencement of work which the above-mentioned client must sign.

  • Although extreme caution will be taken when working on skylights, H20 Roofing & Waterproofing will not be held liable for skylight glass that may get broken or damaged.

  • The client must keep the roof and gutters free from leaves and debris. (Stormwater outlets to be kept unobstructed).

  • H20 Roofing & Waterproofing will not be held liable for errors and omissions relating to the above quotation. Unspecified areas are excluded from the above quotation.

  • Amendments to the above quotation are only valid when reduced in writing and signed by both parties. H20 Roofing & Waterproofing will not be held liable for the structural integrity of the roof.

H20 ROOFING & WATERPROOFING’S PROMISE TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS

Should you, the client, not be entirely happy with the remedial work or service provided by H20 Roofing & Waterproofing, you as the client undertake to inform H20 Roofing within 7 Days from completion of the services rendered. Please address your complaints in writing to info@h20roofing.co.za
